Web and mobile app development

We build products
that work.

Websites, mobile apps and everything behind them. One team carries the product end to end, and you talk to the people who build it.

What we do

Everything a product needs.
Nothing it does not.

  1. 01

    Websites and web apps

Corporate websites, client portals, internal tools and online services. They open fast, rank well in search and work just as well on a phone as on a desktop.

  2. 02

    Mobile apps

iPhone and Android apps that share logic and design with your website. One team, one codebase, two app stores, without paying twice.

  3. 03

    Backend and integrations

Data, payments, client accounts, exchange with your CRM and accounting systems. An architecture that is easy to grow, and monitoring that notices problems before your customers do.

    Infrastructure and monitoring

We set up the cloud, automated releases, backups and monitoring: metrics, logs and alerts, so you hear about an outage from us, not from your customers. The product survives peak days and the server bill stays predictable.

How we work

Five steps from a conversation to launch

No magic and no surprises. After every step you have something you can show your partners: a product map, a prototype, a working version.

  1. 01

    Discovery and estimate

Two or three conversations to understand why the business needs the product, who will use it and what is in the way today. Then an honest estimate: what is worth building, what is not, how long it takes and what it costs.

Outcome: Product map, scope of work and price

  2. 02

    Design

First a prototype you can open on your phone and show to colleagues. We test it with real users and change it while that is still cheap, before the first line of code.

Outcome: Clickable prototype and design system

  3. 03

    Build

We work in short cycles and every two weeks show a working version, not a status report. The code sits in your repository from day one, so you see everything.

Outcome: A working version every two weeks

  4. 04

    Launch

We test under load, switch on monitoring and roll the product out carefully, in stages. For the first weeks after launch we stay close: watching real data and fixing things fast.

    Outcome: A launch without surprises

  5. 05

    Growth

What follows is not “maintenance” but growth. We watch what users do and invest where it shows in the numbers. The team can be scaled up or down within two weeks.

Outcome: Growth you can see in the reports

You talk to the engineers who do the work.

No account managers in between and no hand-offs. The person who discussed the task with you is the one who solves it.

Guarantees

We work so that
you can stop worrying.

From the first call to the hand-over of the source code, you know what has been done, what it costs and who owns it.

  • NDA
  • Contract and acceptance
  • You own the source
  • Backups
  • Access control
  • NDA before the first conversation

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you tell us about the task.

  • The code belongs to you

From day one everything lives in your repositories and cloud accounts. You can walk away at any moment.

  • Access only when needed

We request access for a task and give it back afterwards. Passwords and keys are never stored in code.

  • Backups and monitoring

Daily copies of your data and alerts that catch an outage before your customers notice it.

Security

Data protection
built into the architecture.

We build to SOC 2, GDPR and Russian 152-FZ requirements from day one rather than patching before an audit. If you need certification, we prepare the product for it.

  • SOC 2
  • ISO 27001
  • GDPR
  • HIPAA
  • 152-FZ
  • To SOC 2 requirements

Access control, audit logging and procedures that pass an audit without rework.

  • End-to-end encryption

AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Keys live in a secrets store, not in code.

  • Zero trust

Every request is checked: who, from where and what they are allowed to do. No exceptions.

  • GDPR, HIPAA and 152-FZ

Personal and medical data is handled the way the law of the country where your product operates requires.

Pricing

Clear
pricing

We name the price before we start and we keep it. No “while we are at it” extras and no surprises in the last invoice.
